Enet Support Services


Normal Problem Support

For normal support requests, please send e-mail to enet@enet.umn.edu or call 626-9800. The Enet support staff checks the enet@enet.umn.edu e-mail frequently, even in off hours, so e-mail is usually the best way to obtain support.

Off Hours Support

Enet does not have the resources to guarantee off hours support. However, we will do what we can to keep our servers and networks up and running.

Any off hours support will be provided on our own time and out of the goodness of our hearts. Please only disturb us with real emergencies, and use this service sparingly.

Network Support

Enet is responsible for maintaining networking services up to the desktop for the ME building.

Software Installation

Enet provides software installation services for both commercial and free software packages.
